These terms govern your use of the MikrotikAdmin desktop application, the MikrotikAdmin cloud platform and this website, all operated by Penmedia Tech Services (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the software you agree to them.
A desktop licence is a one-time purchase granting you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the application on a single machine. Licences are issued against a hardware identifier. You may request a transfer to a new machine by contacting support.
The cloud add-on is a recurring subscription billed per router. It requires an active Standard or Pro licence and is not available on Basic.
The trial runs for five days from activation and includes ticketing features only. No payment details are required. When it expires the application continues to run but locks its features until a licence is activated.
The application writes configuration to routers you direct it at. It previews intended changes before applying them. You remain responsible for reviewing those changes. Network configuration carries risk, including the risk of losing access to a device. Keep backups.
The desktop application runs locally and does not require our servers to function, other than for licence activation and validation. The cloud platform is provided on a best-efforts basis without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless separately agreed in writing.
Prices are in Nigerian Naira and are payable through our payment providers. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Where you use the platform to collect payments from your own customers, those payments are processed through your payment gateway under your own agreement with that provider. We are not party to those transactions and do not hold those funds.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or network downtime.
We may suspend a licence or subscription that is being used in breach of these terms, or where payment has failed, after making reasonable attempts to contact you.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction.
