Why this exists

MikroTik hardware is superb value, which is why so much of the internet in this part of the world runs on it. The software around it, though, was written for network engineers. If you run a lodge, a café, an estate or a small ISP, you are expected to learn bridges, DHCP scopes, NAT and queue trees before you can sell your first hour of Wi-Fi.

We did not think that was reasonable. MikrotikAdmin starts from the job you want done — set up a hotspot, share bandwidth fairly, block a device, print a batch of vouchers — and writes the RouterOS configuration for you. It shows you what it will change before it changes it, so you are never trusting it blindly.

What we believe

• Your router is yours. The configuration lives on your hardware, not in our cloud. If you stop paying us, your network keeps running.
• Your customers’ money is yours. When your customers pay you, it goes through your own payment gateway. We never sit in the middle of it.
• No surprises. Every task previews its changes. Anything that could lock you out of your own router warns you first.
• Buy it once. The app is a one-time purchase. Only the optional cloud add-on recurs.
